LTO - Lithium titanate cell.

Lithium titanate cells are perfect for use in cold environments. They are also characterized by the best cycle life of all cells known to us. Charging at -40 °C is not possible with almost all other cells. Winston cells are an exception here. However, these also do not achieve the performance of LTO cells. LTO is considered the safest lithium technology and even outperforms LFP technology. The disadvantage, however, is the slightly lower energy density.

This cell can still be charged at -30 °C with 1C up to 80% SOC. Above 80 % SoC still with 0.5 C
Winston Thunderky cells only with 0.1 C.
Other cells (LFP) should not be charged below +5°C or 0°C.
