Heater plates for mounting between the cells.
Size specifically for EVE / CATL / Lishen cells with 280 and 304 Ah and similar cells.
EVE / CATL / Lishen cells must not be charged at low temperatures. Below 0°C, they should not be charged. Below 10°C, the charging current must already be reduced. To protect the cells, they need to be preheated before actual charging.
Our heater plates each have a sensor that turns the heater on when the temperature is below 12.5°C and turns it off when >14.5°C.
Through the individual monitoring of each heater plate, uniform and fast heating is ensured.
Normal Heating- At least 2 heater plates are required for a 12 V system with 4 cells
- At least 4 heater plates are required for a 24 V system with 8 cells
Power:
Parameter | 1 Plate | 2 Plates (for 4 cells) | 4 Plates (for 8 cells) | 8 Plates (for 16 cells) |
Power at 12 V (24 V / 48 V) | 20 W | 40 W | 80 W | 160 W |
Power at 14.4 V (28.8 V / 57.6 V) | 30 W | 60 W | 120 W | 240 W |
Quick HeatingFor fast heating, we also recommend placing a heater plate at both ends of the stack.
Thus, for 4 cells, 5 heater plates; for 8 cells, 9 heater plates, and so on.
Power:
Parameter | 1 Plate | 5 Plates (for 4 cells) | 9 Plates (for 8 cells) | 17 Plates (for 16 cells) |
Power at 12 V (24 V / 48 V) | 20 W | 100 W | 180 W | 340 W |
Power at 14.4 V (28.8 V / 57.6 V) | 30 W | 150 W | 270 W | 510 W |
Other Data:

The heating tracks are in the internal layers of the PCB. The PCB is made of FR4 material.FR-4 or FR4 refers to a class of flame-resistant and flame-retardant composite materials made of epoxy resin and fiberglass fabric. The abbreviation FR stands for flame retardant and complies with the requirements of UL94V-0.Additional insulation between the cells is not necessary. When using side plates to fix the mounting of the cells, such as in our mounting kits, an additional insulating plate is required at both ends: HEATER_ISO_280_304. This ensures the necessary distance between the solder joints (at the upper edge of the heating plate) and the metal plate.
