Size specifically for EVE / CATL / Lishen cells with 280 and 304 Ah, and similar cells.
EVE / CATL / Lishen cells must not be charged at low temperatures. Below 0°C, charging should not occur. Below 10°C, the charging current must be reduced. To protect the cells, they must be pre-warmed before charging.
Our heating plates are equipped with a sensor that activates the heating below 12.5°C and deactivates it above 14.5°C. With the individual monitoring of each heating plate, a uniform and rapid heating process is ensured.
For quick heating, we recommend adding a heating plate at both ends of the stack. So, for 4 cells, use 5 heating plates; for 8 cells, 9 heating plates, and so on.

The heating elements are embedded in the internal layers of the PCB, which is made from FR4 material.
FR-4, or simply FR4, refers to a class of flame-retardant composite materials made from epoxy resin and fiberglass. The abbreviation FR stands for flame retardant and complies with the UL94V-0 standard.
Additional insulation between cells is not required.
When using side plates for cell mounting, such as in our mounting kits, an additional insulating plate is required at both ends: HEATER_ISO_280_304. This ensures the necessary distance between the solder joints (at the top edge of the heating plate) and the metal plate.
Additional insulation for the heating. Required at the beginning and end of the battery stack (arrangement is shown in the second image, left and right).
