BMS stands for battery management system. A BMS monitors its battery cells for overvoltage and undervoltage. So you can be sure your battery cells are not getting damaged.
Our battery management system is called LiPro. The name stands for Lithium Protection. This module protects your valuable LiFePo4 or LiFeYPO4 cells.
It provides both deep discharge- and overcharging protection. In addition, a balancer circuit is implemented. The control outputs for overcharging and deep discharge protection are conducted separately to screw terminals to allow the charging source and the load can be controlled separately.
