LiPro1-1 RS485 V2

The LiPro1-1 Module protects your Lithium (LiFeYPO4, LiFePO4) battery cells. It protects every cell against deep discharge and overcharge. Furthermore it has a built in balancer circuit. The Module is always monitoring the cell voltage. In case of a too high cell voltage it will open the ovp (over voltage protection) loop. In case of a too low cell voltage it will open the lvp (low voltage protection) loop. Both loops can be connected with our greenController, or with Relais which can switch off the charger input or the Load. Furthermore the LiPro1-1 Module has an protection against too high temperatures. If the temperature increases over 80C the Module will open both loops. LiPro1-1 works as a balancer too. At high cell voltage it lets flow a load current, so charging of this cell will be reduced.
The Module can be ordered with other voltage (for other cell types) and with a RS485 interface on request.

New: With our new charger-ctr-1 (see accessories), various grid chargers can be remote controlled. Thus, no more relay for switching off the load from grid chargers is required.

  • Delay time 10 minutes (LVP delay prevents too early triggering of LVP with high inrush currents or cold cells)
  • Overcharge protection (OVP) at 3.9 V  (Factory default, adjustable)
  • 4 LEDs to display: Function, Error, OVP, LVP
  • Over-temperature protection 80 C
  • Maximum tolerance of limits better than 0,5 %!
  • Low power consumption less than 0.7 mA at 2.6V and a maximum of 6 mA
    (with both optocoupler switched on)
  • With a galvanically isolated RS485 interface
