Delivery time

The specified delivery times refer to working days.
In the case of advance payment, the time begins from the receipt of payment.
The delivery times are set to the best of our knowledge and belief, but mistakes happen to us too (e.g. incorrect stock levels), in such a case we will of course inform you immediately by e-mail or telephone. If the stated delivery time is too long, you can cancel the order and we will immediately refund any amounts paid.

Articles that are marked with an asterisk in the shopping cart are currently not in stock or not in sufficient quantities in stock.
The displayed delivery time is then no longer valid. We will inform you about the delivery time.

In the case of dangerous goods and bulky goods, you will be called by the shipping company. You can then coordinate the appointment with the shipping company.
